Started in 2015, Transmission Room is a rehearsal and recording facility in Clydebank.

With 2 fantastic rehearsal rooms, the aim is to provide a friendly and comfortable atmosphere in well-equipped rooms so bands can relax and enjoy their rehearsals.

There is also a full recording studio operting a full Protools system.

Staffed by qualified engineers who will provide excellent recordings and make the whole experience professional, enjoyable and fruitful.

Wi-Fi is free and available throughout the building.

Access is street level with no internal stairs and we have plenty free car parking spaces.

There is a shop full of handy items such as strings and there is a shop with hot and cold snacks available. Tea and coffee are free for all customers.

There is CCTV throughout and all our systems are professionally maintained.

The studios are open until midnight Sun-Thurs, 10pm on a Friday and 6pm on Saturdays......gigs need to be attended even by the staff!

STUDIO 1

Our main rehearsal room, which is also our live recording room.

Equipped with 3 guitar amps, Peavey Viking, Satriani and Fender Mustang. We have an amazing Ampeg Rocket bass amp and a 6-piece Pearl Decade kit. It is all driven by a large Laney PA and Soundcraft desk with FX.

We use Shure and SE Electronic mics and have 2 monitors.

Recording

We record using a full Protools rig and only use experienced engineers. You can record live (as above) or do your isntruments and vocals individually. Either way you will get outstanding results. We cam record mix and master all your tracks.

We have excellent drum kits and amps for you to use, at no extra charge, and only use professional microphones for recording standards.

T-Room Sessions

Our T-Room Sessions are proving very popular. Dr Void (in the photo) have returned as they were so happy. We record and film 3 songs for you and you get a brilliant video with full mixed audio to use in promotion.

STUDIO 2

Our secondary room has 3 guitar amps consuisting of Marshall, Orange and Fender. There is a Harke amp head driving a Warwick cab for bass.

We provide an excellent Yamaham Stage Custom 5-piece kit.

It is all driven by a Mackie PA with Soundcraft desk.

A Rolond keyboard amp is available.
